Shopping Information

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we will need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit/debit card payment. If you are shopping outside the UK your credit/debit card company will automatically convert the cost to your own currency, which will then be shown on your statement. You can safely place your credit/debit card details on our secure web site, but for security reasons, credit/debit card details should not be sent by e-mail or through the post. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card payment. We can accept American Express however you order will be delayed in being shipped as monies taking longer to clear using this card provider. All card payments will be processed on the day the product is ready to be shipped. On the very rare occasion that your order is not in stock, you will be notified.

You will receive an e-mailed confirmation of your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Postage Information

Shipping And Handling – Standard orders are sent by First Class Post. Postage and packing charges for the UK are £4.50, Second Class Post is £3.95, and the extra cost for First Class mail is charged to us by the Royal Mail.

Special Delivery – If your order is of an urgent nature or of a high value, to ensure safe receipt, it will be sent by Special Delivery at a cost of £6.95. Notification of exact charges will be given in advance for orders delivered outside of the UK.

Special Delivery is guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm (excluding Saturdays) and is insured up to £500.

Orders that are outside of the UK – Orders can either be sent by International Standard (Air Mail) at a charge of £7.95 or by International Track and Sign (Insured) at the cost of £11.95.

Delivery Schedule – Wherever possible, all orders are sent out within just a few days of ordering, in some cases however, orders may be sent on the same day of ordering. In the unusual event of a delay for any reason, then you will be notified immediately. International orders are generally received within 10 days, but please allow up to 28 days.

Internet Security

When an order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to ‘Tools | Internet Options | Privacy’ and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

Refund Policy & Other Notes

Returns Policy – All unopened goods with their original packaging and returned within 6 weeks of your order date will be refunded in full excluding postage costs.

Back Orders – If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges – For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included.
