Shopping Information

Making a purchase is straightforward. Browse our store and add any products you wish to buy to your shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click on Checkout. You will then be asked for the information needed to complete your order.

We accept credit and debit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your card provider will automatically convert the cost into your own currency. The converted amount will then appear on your statement.

You can safely enter your payment details on our secure website. For security reasons, payment card details should not be sent by email or post.

We can also take orders and payments by telephone. Please call 0800 970 7885.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. We also accept American Express. Please note that orders paid by American Express may take longer to ship because payments can take longer to clear.

Card payments are processed on the day the product is ready to be shipped. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean that a contract exists between us.

We will confirm acceptance of your order, and therefore the contract between us, when we send you an invoice.

This allows us to deal with situations where a pricing error has occurred, goods have been accidentally under-priced, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product.

If there is a change to the price of your order, we will contact you first to confirm that the revised price is acceptable.

When you place an order on our website, payment card information is encrypted using 128-bit encryption. The information is only decrypted after it reaches our secure system.

Payment card details are not stored in clear text on any website.

Returns Policy

Unopened goods in their original packaging can be returned within 6 weeks of the order date for a full refund, excluding postage costs.

Back Orders

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we can place it on back order for you.

We will email you and give you the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included in the price.
