BioAstin 120 Soft-gel Capsules – 4mg

Directions for Use:

Take one or two soft gel capsules daily with food as a supplement. For serious conditions, three, four or even more capsules per day can be taken safely; this can be reduced to a maintenance dose once the condition has improved.

For Sunburn Protection, take at least two capsules per day for at least two weeks or more, prior to your holiday (or exposure to the sun) and during your holiday, for maximum protection take three capsules or more daily. Continue taking BioAstin on your return, to maintain your healthy tan and to protect your skin.

The above directions for use are for the regular BioAstin, which contains 4 mg Astaxanthin. The BioAstin Regular capsules now come in different strengths, with capsules available now containing 12 mg Astaxanthin, which means if you take the higher does you can reduce the amount taken. However, there are now various reports available which indicate that it could be beneficial to take higher doses of Astaxanthin than recommended previously, especially for those suffering from serious conditions or problems.

BioAstin is also suitable for children, approx 4 years of age or older, once they are able to swallow the capsules.

Please note that when sunbathing, usual precautions must be taken and BioAstin should be used in conjunction with a good quality sun protection cream/lotion.
